s it true that all actions and decisions by Trump are complete reflections of the republican party? Is it true that Trump did not approve of the food stamps annual refunding just before pulling the shut down? Is it true that the food stamps organization will completely be depleted by March if the shut down reaches half way through February? If so? At what juncture is this humane?

As for Cyntoia Brown I wish her all the best. She has a big lesson to share with our young people and I hope she even writes a book about it. She should. From zero to hero.

Ah, Trump. Less than a month ago: "Our boys, our young women, our men, they're all coming back. And they're coming back now." Yesterday: "I never said we're [removing our troops] that quickly." And, of course, we've got the military scrambling around trying to figure out what to do with prisoners if they leave in a month… Just like we had the immigration authorities scrambling around trying to figure out how to detain every illegal alien, including juveniles (who are subject to stringent court-reviewed procedures) when he instituted 'zero tolerance' with absolutely no advance notice to the agency responsible for detaining them, resulting in an unholy mess. Just like he created a world-wide mess when he instituted his 'Muslim ban' a week into his presidency, again with no advance planning and zero knowledge of what he was doing, stranding people with legal status in the US all over the world and once again throwing an agency into chaos. How much have all his hare-brained statements and actions cost us, both financially and diplomatically? How is this man not seen as a threat to our nation?

I think if anything we can take away from the government shutdown causing people to have financial problems, is look at what people like Elizabeth Warren want. They want More government, they want more people on the government payroll, more people affected by a government failure, that is the reason why major socialism fails because government's fail. When you place all your money in one bet it's bound to fail eventually.

"A small loan of a $1,000,000.00" – Donald Trump, 2016 — This is a man who thinks a million dollar loan is the norm for everyone starting out in life. He received that "small" loan from his father. Yet this same man is going to sit here and tell me he can relate to the 800,000+ federal employees who are living paycheck to paycheck? I do not think so. As the shutdown continues that number will only grow larger. You can Google Search and discover that America employes 2.8 million Americans and much of that funding will be up for review in the future. So as he (Mr. Trump) sits here claiming he is OK with the shutdown lasting months and perhaps maybe even years, I fear for not only the 800,000 federal employees today but also the potential 2,800,000 employees who could be impacted in the future. This shutdown impacts not only federal workers but our economy as those people spend less and potentially end up unemployed, which in turn will impact the private sector too causing even more people beyond just their base to suffer (causing many Americans to potentially face financial hardships). This impacts us all. But do you know who will still get paid, while everyone else is without a paycheck? Mr. Donald Trump. No, I do not suspect he could possibly relate to any one of us.
